Great book for any company starting on their TPM journey.

For the publisher to say this book was written by Shirose Kunio seems ridiculous to me. It is way too juvenile and could have been written by human resources with help from a team trainer and a cliff notes version of any TPM summary. If you know anything about team building and TPM you don't need this book.

The book was great!

short on explanations, looks more like a kids book than a serous book for implementing TPM in industries. Using this book is not a great base line to achieve world class production. It will only give you a general idea
