Read this book as a kid it was one of my favorites because it wasn't just a mystery book it was educational and taught me about what life was like back during that time period. The idea that kids like me could go somewhere and learn to do these things fascinated me and I always wanted to go to the pilgrim village and make candles and things just like they did. I am looking forward to the day when I can share this with my own children or even the next time I pick it up and read it again myself!
