Currently studying a MDiv. I must admit that this book is very interesting as it deals with the history of hermeneutics in the Third World. at Asia Pacific Theological Seminary, my Hermeneutics (Biblical interpretation) teacher recommended me to read this book. In the first part of the book, the author gives us interesting insights on how Christianity entered very early continents such as Asia and Africa without any influence from the traditional denominations (Catholic, Orthodox, Protestant) but without taking strong roots.
