I have been a Christian for 32 years, and have never read any other book that defines so precisely how and why and where to start reading your Bible.
God uses speakers to speak to people and guide them, that way. That is how it has always been. This book tells you who our speaker is in the Church Age, how we should read his books first, and that will allow us to understand the other books of the Bible and gives one an awesome and perfect starting point, with such clarity that it is so refreshing.

I was so confused in the past, reading from 3 so called word-for-word translations of the Bible.
In Douglas D. Stauffers' other books "One Book Stands Alone, One Book One Authority" you learn that all the attacks that are against the KJB Authorized version, are unfounded and why. In great detail he tells you these things. Also you can see many you tube videos that get into this somewhat.
We today, have over 200 versions of the bible in english. I read them for over 30 years. After I found out the truth, and the why behind that horror, I threw out every so called bible I'd ever owned, and some were very expensive. I also threw out every book and reference series that used those so called bibles. I pitched them like they were the poison I found them out to be. I ripped them up and tossed them in the bin. One night alone I destroyed over three thousand dollars of my prized books.
So if you have the strength to find out the truth, and the strength to follow wherever it may lead you; your eyes and mind will open and you will be as amazed, as I have been.
Oh yes you will have detractors who say their friend is seminary school and he said it was this and that and then gave it a one star, without ever having read a page.
This book tells both sides and that if people are now is seminary they cannot find the truth, not through those multitude of books they want to call bibles.
Read for yourself, and if you are like me and want the truth at any cost. You will have your mined opened.

I first purchased the hard back version of this book a few years ago and loved it so much I also purchased the Kindle version, too! That should tell you how much I value this book. I have been to Bible college and have been in the ministry for over 30 years but I learned more from this book than from all my time in college. IT IS THAT GOOD!

You don't hear the contents of this book taught in the average Bible college today. But what this book does is give you (in an understandable way) the biblical way to rightly divide the Word of God. One thing I really like about Dr. Stauffer is how he makes it easy to understand and even provides charts as well. And what I found so compelling is that when you rightly divide the Bible it clears up those "difficult" passages that seemingly contradict one another.

The only reason I gave this 5 stars is because it would let me go higher! I cannot recommend this book enough. if you want to really learn how to rightly divide God's Word, you need to get this book.

It is a good book and does clear up some issues that many people struggle with. However, I did find the author to be certain about things that are actually open ended. In other words, he states as fact many things that we will not know until the time actually occurs. Example: He states for certain that the two witnesses of Revelation are Moses and Elijah. He has to make several assertions in order to make this conclusion with certainty. We actually will not know, because the Scripture does not state, who the other witness will be, that is with Elijah. He could be an individual that comes in the power and authority of Moses, just as John the Baptist came in the power and authority of Elijah. I think that he is somewhat arrogant in the certainty of his division of Scripture, although the book did provide some insight into the fact that we must rightly divide the word of God.

I found this book very helpful and would suggest it to others who enjoy and desire to enhance personal bible study. Dr. Stauffer's approach to dividing scripture is truely logical, natural, easily understood and systematic. He repeats himself often at times, but perhaps that is intentional for the readers' sake of memory. He also seems to fall slightly victim to some of the very things of which he cautions the reader. This book gives a good introduction to dispensationalism, though it is not Hyper dispensational. I would also caution against becoming overly wrapped up in dispensationalism yet it is a powerful and necessary tool in sincere bible study.
Dr. Stauffer states rather strongly no man has ever nor will ever attain salvation and eternal life by means other than the blood of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We can not earn it and do not deserve it.
Considering cost and content of the book, most I'm sure would consider the money well spent. I'm glad to have added it to my library and satisfied I will refer to it in the future as well as apply the methods to my bible studies. Good job Dr. Stauffer, thanks!

Haven't finished reading book yet. I have been through the companion DVD video series. This book emphasizes the fact that many Grace believers maintain. If you don't "Rightly Divide" the word it is impossible to fully understand all that the LORD has in his Word for us.

After reading this book, I can say that you will never look at the bible the same way again. The things you will learn, and come to understand are nothing short of amazing. While I do not agree with everything, I agree with about 90% of what Mr. Stauffer teaches. AS I reading reading each chapter, I was literally calling a good freind of mine to discuss each and everything I was learning, and we were both amazed!

If you really want to study the word of God and get a true understanding by rightly dividing the truth, I would highly suggest you pickup this book.

This is a heavy book but one well thought out and well delivered. I experienced many new revelations and deeper understanding on God's word. I recommend this to any one serious over real growth in Christ Jesus.
