This book is loaded with so many rich full color photos and illustrations, it is mind boggling. I have worked in the medical field for nearly 10 years and I have never seen some of the photos in this book. Many photos are close up using electron microscopes that capture spectacular images of cells. I had taken anatomy and physiology I and II in college and never saw an image of a nerve entering a muscle fiber. 35 people found this helpful.
