Good book. Definetly want to go raw and practise bikram yoga along the way. Tried this combo in the winter holidays and felt great. Through raw food and fasting people next to me in the class were struggling while i felt light and bright. Once i slipped and ate a soya bagle before and i was dying in class... Tonya zavastas book made me laugh and motivated me. She seems like a freak sometimes but in a good way...

I returned it. It was not at all as expected. I eat raw food and do hot yoga, and it still was not as expected. If possible look through the pages and make sure you know what the book is really about.
