Does anyone have information on the generations of the Remington 700? I have a bdl i. 43 that has the white spacers in the forend and grip caps, and a hinged floorplate. It also has a small brass pin going completely thru the stock in the action area. I'm curious to know more about the remingtons cause I think that the different generations varry in quality.
