Eleanor Boylan is the author of three previous Clara Gamadge mysteries-Working Murder, Murder Observed, and Murder Machree- as well as stories published in Ellery Queen and Alfred Hitchcock Mystery Magazine. Born in New York, she currently lives on Anna Maria Island in Florida. Boylan carries on the fine family tradition by writing of the adventures of Henry's intrepid widow, Clara.
