Este libro tan amado por tantos años por todos los amantes de la cocina y de Cuba. Platos deliciosos y auténticos.

Nitza Villapol Andiarena (November 20, 1923 – September 20, 1998) was a chef, teacher, cookbook writer, and television host in Cuba. She has been called, by some, the Cuban Julia Child for her ability to communicate culinary arts to a popular audience. Born in New York to Cuban immigrants, Villapol lived there until the age of 11, after the collapse of the Machado regime

I always love this book. Mine was so old that I wanted to replace it

This book has been in my cuban family for many, many years. It is the "cuban cooking bible" we go to every time we want to make a new recipe, especially since our parents and grandparents are loing gone. I highly recommend it to everyone.

*On a personal note, the incredible prices I see on here for this book just saddens me.*

Why does this book cost hundreds of dollars? Has the world gone insane?
