ISBN-13: 978-1555425005. This book is an excellent guide for teachers in making assessments of their students. While designed for use at the tertiary level, secondary school teachers and even those teaching in primary schools can benefit from reading it as well. Teacher-trainers will also find it to be valuable. I highly recommend this book as a go-to for any college teacher, teaching assistant, and both lecture/recitation and lab instructors. Many of the activities provide quick and easy ways to identify your students' misconceptions, and to make sure everyone is on the same page.
