I wanted to learn about Philosophy as I try to learn a subject a year, in depth. It is a great book, very imformative (it has LOTS of information!) and easy to read. i give it a A+++

This is a wonderful introduction to philosophy. It manages to explain at the simplest level the basic concepts found in the field today, laid out in a resourceful manner (bold face and boxes) that makes reading easy and enjoyable. I recommend this book to anyone with no knowledge whatsoever of what philosophy is about. Warning though ! You might get hooked up on the subject !
