One could learn a lot from this book. I learned that vitamin C can alleviate asthma symptoms, 700mg St John's Wort is better for motivation than coffee, Nizoral is good for dandruff, etc. Unfortunately this book also plugs homeopathic remedies at several points and gives other perhaps questionable advice (like listing benzos under insomnia remedies. Maybe, but would be nice to include a disclaimer that this should be a last resort and that benzo withdrawal has been said to be on par with or worse than heroin withdrawal. Not the only things I would've done differently, but just some examples that popped out.) Overall glad to have this book in my library.
