Everyone in any kind of business needs to read this book! I have read everything Peter Stark has written. It was like Christmas when I found out that Peter and Jane were updating The Only Negotiating Guide You'll Ever Need. I got two copies - one for me and one for my business partner. We both read it in the first three days. Peter and Jane have a very approachable writing style, and that makes reading the book a pleasure. Even seasoned negotiators can learn from this book.

As a result, I thought I better sharpen my skills and bought this book after it was recommended to me. The ONLY Negotiating Guide You'll Ever Need is great! Not only did I finish it in a single day, but I was amazed that I saw word-for-word several of the tactics that had been used by the printing company manager (and many other decision makers over the last 10 years!). i loved the 101 ways and tactics of negotiation. It was good because it includes examples of each tactic and then how to face it!! Very practical book.
