Dear Colleagues We will be grateful if you help us to circulate the advertisement for the Internship of the Knossos Stratigraphical Museum that will take place from 3rd February to 27th March 2020. The Knossos Stratigraphic Museum houses the historic collections of material from excavations at Knossos. The core of the collection consists of the boxes of material, principally pottery, kept by Evans from his excavations at the palace and elsewhere in the Knossos valley.

The South House, located immediately south of the Palace of Knossos was first excavated by Arthur Evans in 1908, with subsequent work carried out in 1924, but was never published. This volume pieces together evidence from the finds from the excavation housed in the Stratigraphical Museum, as well as the Daybooks of Duncan Mackenzie, to form an overview of the excavation and the history of the building.
