Asher Arian (August 4, 1938 - July 7, 2010) was an American and Israeli political scientist who was an expert on Israeli politics and election studies, and who served as a professor at universities in Israel and the United States. Arian was born in Cleveland, Ohio in 1938, and graduated from John Adams High School. He completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1961 at Case Western Reserve University, and a PhD in political science at Michigan State University in 1965.
