The fellow who told Autumn Williams (by phone) the stories that she eventually published in a book titled "Enoch," is actually a yarn-spinning homeless person in central Florida who our investigators had encountered in 2006 in Polk County, FL. That’s the politically correct posture for a lot of people, Meldrum said.

Has proof of Sasquatch been uncovered in a laboratory in the USA? Dr Melba Ketchum found human ancestry coupled with an unknown DNA in hair samples.

As a child, Autumn Williams saw two hair-covered creatures standing in the woods behind her home in Washington State. She has spent her entire adult life seeking to understand why those non-human eyes held such an expression of human-like intelligence. What is the nature of a Sasquatch? Is it human? Animal? Or something in-between? How does Bigfoot live? How does it interact with others of its kind? And how would it interact with us? What would we learn about these creatures, if we stopped pursuing them... and they no longer avoided us? One man would finally offer answers to those questions. He is more than a witness. He is the friend of a wild man... and he calls him Enoch.

As someone who is fascinated with the topic of Sasquatch, I decided to read this book upon the recommendation of a You-Tuber who read it. I'm not embarrassed to admit I believe that these primates exist, and that we simply don't know everything there is to know about the natural world.

This book was riveting! I devoured it within two days as I found it impossible to put down for any length of time. It's a credible account of one man's experience with a Sasquatch and in my opinion, makes the existence of these beings more easily accepted as fact. It's an easy read, and will whet the appetite of anyone who also finds this topic as interesting as I do. For those skeptics who might read it, I doubt that it will do much to change your opinion, but it's worth the read.

I truly loved this book. I have doubts that Autumn, with her experience and background, would lead her following astray. I can understand one's hesitation about believing "Mike", I have alittle myself but believe me, there are people like Mike around. I do find his behavior odd but that's just because my behavior is the exact opposite. He finds comfort and joy any way he can and if it's with the Big Guy, so be it.It's really too bad Autumn isn't participating in her blog anymore; I think due to health reasons, she has pulled back. I wish her well as I do Mike...wonder what he's doing now?

While the author banks on her authority as one of the seminal 'researchers'/witnesses, the story seems to encompass a fascinating story of a person whose life with humans was greatly diminished, and substituted a fantasy life with Sasquatches. The excerpts from Mike are very well written, so that makes the authenticity a little more challenging.

I chose to accept the premise of the work, and at the end I felt that the cohesiveness of his experiences explained why humans do not often see and cannot really interact with Sasquatches. A being that is so much superior in physicality, masters of their environment, a true apex predator that is close to or more intelligent than humans would clearly act in the manner in which they are described. As humans we attribute our world vision, our anxieties and concerns on the world around us and that makes it hard to understand the world from another point of view. if you are so powerful that your size and strength become tools and weapons, and your lack of need for clothes due to fur or hair, and your superior senses and capabilities mean you do not need to make more than a modest shelter removes most of the human needs from the existence equation.

The most fascinating discovery was the deep burial of their dead with a large tree covering the grave. This explains why there are no bones or bodies that are found.

Sadly this book has spoiled me for the shows on tv where they run around and wood knock. Silly because Mike said it is a signal that humans are near and all Sasquatches go to ground so you will never see or hear them.

I found out about this book listening to a radio show on Bigfoot. A listener called in and recommended it. Thought I Would check it out. Got the book from Amazon for my kindle. Started reading it and finished it in one day. Such a interesting way the witness had his encounters and the things they learned. I have not had a encounter but this book makes so much sense on how they would behave and why.
I would recommend this book to the believer or not. Just the content and views of the witness and author are outstanding and make it a good read. BUT. I also have a open mind. And Do not believe all the witness are making things up.

I enjoyed this book so much. It echoes so much of my own thoughts and feelings on this subject. As a witness myself I totally understand Mike's point of view and Autumn's. The cover picture also matches what I saw so closely that it is uncanny.I have a sketch at my website drawn much the same way as the police sketches by an artist that shows almost the same creature. I admire Autumn's courage and dedication to have released this book knowing the climate of Bigfoot research and how it might be received and criticized. Great story, great outlook.
