I at first thought this was a book I was not going to be able to finish.

Some of the characters were so unbelievably clumsy(picture slapstick comedy or Keystone Kops) and stupid that I decided maybe the author was going for satire and humor. With that thought in mind, I was able to finish.

This book definitely was not very well proofread...if at all. Lots of wrong word usage--week/weak, waste/waist, your/you're just to name a few. Rarely were apostrophes used when needed.
Sentences had words missing or extra words added.

Even with the lack of a proofreader I decided that it was an okay story...and towards the end of the book I actually did get a bit teary eyed.

Not a bad read if you are looking for a bit of satire/humor and nothing overly dramatic.

Zeks Horde

The heroine's early tragedy and abuse made a potential for a good story. I liked that she was strong and upfront but the love story gets a little muddled. I wish there was a little more development with the love story. Also, it would have been better if there was less humor. The one-liners took away from the seriousness of the heroine's struggles and the budding love between her and her lover. Finally, too many typos. This book needed some serious editing.

Malodor

This is one of those books that deserves no stars. I made it to page two of chapter one, but came to a screeching halt when I read "urethral beauty". Urethral beauty? Really? What is our world coming to? Why do I even bother wandering into the scary world of the self-published? Now, one might argue that "urethral" was just a weird Kindle accident. They would be wrong. The prologue and first few pages of chapter one were rife with problems. To start, where was the punctuation? Nary a comma in sight. My seventh grade English teacher's worst nightmare, to be sure. The lack of said punctuation made the story, such as it was, incredibly difficult to follow. Suffice to say, I'm glad this book was free.

I really like this story. It was short, but had all the elements of a good romance historial action adventure.

I hated this book. I couldn't even finish it. I thought I was reading a book written by a six year old. Except for the sex part but even that was bad.
