I find this book hard to understand. I use STATA so that was missing in the book
I find this book hard to understand. I took basic statistics approximately 10 years ago, and thus my knowledge on the subject is highly limited. This book assumes you know quite a bit about statistics already. The explnations and examples use assumptions that I am not able to follow. There are no headlines within the chapters for important, so these are difficult to decipher. I use STATA so that was missing in the book. In any event, in spite of these shortcomings, Daniel has changed my way of approaching and understanding statistics applied in medicine and healthcare. Daniel taught statistics in. .
