Gna
Excessively verbose to the point of absurdity, flowcharts are littered like rotting corpses about the pages. Any semblance of meaning they had in life is gone. Very few examples are provided throughout the book. This is the lowest grade of required textbook and I will attempt to return it once I'm through just so it doesn't burden my shelves with the weight of its jargon.

Blanchard and Blyler need to sit down and think about what they've done.

Overly complicated, not clear, many drawings and images with details that aren't necessary. I'd say it's one of the worst texts I've ever had to use.
